Position: ServiceNow Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow architect, you will be a part of a team with the partner’s other architects. You will collaborate with the other architects on all facets of the execution of the ServiceNow platform. You will be accountable for designing technical solutions at an architectural level and communicating said solutions to clients on both a technical and non-technical level. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage an array of tasks at once.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in ITSM implementation
• Experience in completing at least 5 implementations
• Deep understanding of the relevant technologies related to ServiceNow integration solutions
• Ability to arrange and establish solutions in the ServiceNow platform
• Certification in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / Application Developer and ServiceNow System Administrator
• An exemplary candidate will be certified in ITIL Foundation
• Domain separation
• 3rd party application integration to ServiceNow – via API, Web hooking and Email integration
• Integration with other monitoring, performance management, ticketing systems.
• Worked on at the very least incident, problem, change, reporting management modules
• Migrating existing CMBD or building a new one based on customer requirements with one to many or many to many relationships.
• Dealt with requirements capturing for new requirements on existing ServiceNow platforms and working with a set of developers to get the same implemented
• Have extensive hands on in working with custom dashboards, reports, customer portal and custom apps
• Have “lead” the development or integration cycles from the front in at least 3’projects in this capacity. This is a customer facing role.
• The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience in being a ServiceNow Developer and moved to an architect role.
