Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining & updating personnel files for all employees.
  • Filling of HR Documents
  • Managing attendance, leaves etc.
  • Handling recruiting & on-boarding activities
  • Suggesting engagement activities to keep employees motivated and for retaining them.
  • Complete joining formalities of newly hired employees.
  • Publishing reports to management when required
  • Publish payroll reports to finance team on a monthly basis
  • Issue Employee ID Cards /Access Card
  • Arrange & Coordinate Trainings including  taking Training   Feedback
  • Interact with all staff on a weekly basis and reporting any matters of concern to management
  • Doing appraisals for all employees and accordingly filing relevant documents
  • Conducting background checks prior to on-boarding employees
  • Update employee records including phone numbers, DOB, years of experience,  Skillsets etc in the HRMS tool
  • Help process insurance claims, issue medical insurance cards along with providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
  • Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Team worker
  • MS office skills for reporting and documentation
  • Co-ordination skills with various departments/ stakeholders
  • Good command over English Language and preferably
