Position: HR Executive ( Fresher)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining & updating personnel files for all employees.
- Filling of HR Documents
- Managing attendance, leaves etc.
- Handling recruiting & on-boarding activities
- Suggesting engagement activities to keep employees motivated and for retaining them.
- Complete joining formalities of newly hired employees.
- Publishing reports to management when required
- Publish payroll reports to finance team on a monthly basis
- Issue Employee ID Cards /Access Card
- Arrange & Coordinate Trainings including taking Training Feedback
- Interact with all staff on a weekly basis and reporting any matters of concern to management
- Doing appraisals for all employees and accordingly filing relevant documents
- Conducting background checks prior to on-boarding employees
- Update employee records including phone numbers, DOB, years of experience, Skillsets etc in the HRMS tool
- Help process insurance claims, issue medical insurance cards along with providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
- Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Team worker
- MS office skills for reporting and documentation
- Co-ordination skills with various departments/ stakeholders
- Good command over English Language and preferably
